For Premades: During the week (Monday-Friday) our turnaround time is usually within 48 hours . Often a lot sooner, based on what time of day it is (we do sleep sometimes), and how many orders we’re handling.
During the weekend, expect delivery times within 72 hours.
For Custom Designs: This will be determined during your discovery conversation with your graphic designer.
We accept payments through PayPal, or you can pay with credit card through our site. Both methods are equally secure.
You can also pay with your credit card through PayPal if you wish (you don't even need an account do so).
Although very rare Sometimes your graphics won’t turn out exactly the way you had envisioned them on the first try. Which is why we offer free revisions! It’s important to us that you get exactly what you want.
Yup! Although, no one’s ever asked for their money back because we offer free revisions. But if you don’t like the graphics you get from us then we don’t deserve your hard earned money.
